In April it is cherry blossoms season and people enjoy viewing over drinking and eating
Japanese people are really looking forward to having Ohanami(means enjoy seeing cherry blossoms).Keeping the best place to see cherry blossoms is very important so some people keep the place from the previous night. Some company have Ohanami party and newcoming employee have to find and keep the best place. It's the kind of their first important job. If they can't find any good place, they are considered as an useless employee.
